I travelled to Manchester, England recently to film for season two of my travel documentary series Brandy Yanchyk Sees the World.
I had a wonderful time with the award-winning chef Mary-Ellen McTague at Northern Roots which is in Oldham in the Greater Manchester area.
It's an amazing project that involves 160-acres of post-industrial urban green space which was transformed into a community hub where they grow food, have an eco park and a farm-to-fork café.
