PBS viewers sending Brandy Yanchyk great feedback about "Seeing Canada"

What a sweet surprise! A #WCVE PBS station viewer from Midlothian, Virginia who saw Brandy Yanchyk’s travel series Seeing Canada loved the episodes so much he painted a painting of Brandy and mailed it to her in Canada. Since Brandy’s travel shows and documentaries have been airing on PBS stations she has receive emails from viewers weekly. She loves getting feedback. It's so much fun.

Thank you Christopher Drummond from Midlothian, Virginia for sending Brandy this beautiful gift. It definitely encompasses her spirit of adventure.

In an earlier email Christopher tells Brandy why he likes the travel series #SeeingCanada, "My favorites are you on horseback at Plain of Six Glaciers Trail in Lake Louise, and you "roughing it" in freezing Nimmo Bay in British Columbia's Great Bear Rain Forest, and of course your aircraft ride over the famous Niagara Falls…Your show is all about your guests, and you really make them the stars of the show. It's like you are visiting with them, and you don't show off like most celebrities do. You are not afraid of bitter cold, camping in the elements, or strenuous labor (mending a fence, fishing on a commercial boat, kayaking, horseback riding long distances); you're not the typical I'm a tourist show me around host of a travel show, and I watch them all. You also cater to the culinary and visual arts. I liked the guy who carves animals on one of the episodes. Plus, you are so adorable and charming in your " roughing it" winter apparel which is why I want to paint you."
